Consider requesting a room on a lower floor if accessibility is a concern, as some upper rooms lack lift access.

The staff were friendly and accommodating during check-in.
I can't believe how dirty the room was when we arrived! The bathroom stank of ammonia and was obviously not cleaned properly. I couldn't bear to shower there, and the noise from the neighbors was unbearable, making it impossible to sleep.

The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating which made our stay enjoyable. The room, although small for four, was well-kept and the bed provided restful nights. Great location near the mosque and lovely parks.
The room could use a bit more space for a family of four but overall it worked for us.

great location,, but some noise issues
The staff truly stood out for their friendliness, always greeting me with a smile. The location was incredibly convenient, close to shops and restaurants. My room had a cozy duvet, perfect for a comfortable night’s sleep. I enjoyed the organic products used throughout my stay, making it feel special.
I did notice some noise from outside, which could be distracting at times.

Incredible staff made the stay delightful. Room needed better soundproofing. I could hear noise from the hallway. Close to public transport for easy access to bike tours and attractions. Price was very reasonable too.

The King Suite with Spa Bath offers a tempting feature like a Jacuzzi, although it had its quirks. The design of the room is spacious, and if everything worked as it should, it could provide a nice retreat.
The suite had a broken window that wouldn’t stay shut, which could be distracting if you like some peace at night. I noticed the hot water boiler had a leak, leading to an unexpected wet spot on the floor. There was a lingering odor in the lift too. Although I requested clean bed linen, it seemed like I was waiting ages for it, and that made me wonder about the housekeeping timing.

would love to stay here again
The King Suite had a hot tub and was super spacious. I loved the separate living area with a cozy sofa bed and the private bathroom had a nice shower. Great location, just 3 minutes to Mark Antalya Mall and 10 minutes to Kaleici. Ms. Nour at reception was really helpful!

missingWrote a review on Jun 04friendly staffperfect locationlack of atmosphereisolated roomno reception area
Friendly staff made my experience welcoming, always greeting with a smile and eager to assist. The location was ideal, allowing easy access to nearby restaurants, shopping, and the marina. the room felt somewhat isolated from activities, and the absence of a reception area for relaxation after traveling was disappointing. Cleanliness was a plus, but I was surprised by the emptiness of the hotel during my stay, which gave it a rather deserted feel. Nevertheless, I appreciated the organic products used throughout my stay.

this place was amazin! the location was super central to buses and all the cool landmarks. I loved the friendly staff. they were always smilin and so ready to help. plus, having a jacuzzi in our room was a nice treat! the price for what we got was reely good too.
the wifi was kinda weak on the first day, and it woulda been nice to have a little more soundproofing in the room.
